I am an agricultural economist with research interests in agricultural finance, policy, production and risk.
I am currently a PhD Candidate at Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. Prior to my PhD studies I worked as the Co-director of the New York State Crop Insurance Program under the USDA RMA Targeted States program and as an analyst working on developing index-based insurance products for low- and middle-income countries.
